Reclaim Waste Heat

Heat pumps work by transferring heat from one place to another. When cooling a room, the heat is typically released into the atmosphere. Our technology captures this waste heat and uses it to heat water, reducing energy consumption and costs.

  1. Exterior Unit

This is the workhorse of the system. It contains the compressor that does the heavy lifting of moving around the system. It sits outside your apartment.

  2. Interior Unit

This unit delivers the hot or cool air to keep you comfortable. Put this in your living space.

  3. Tankless Water Heater

This is the pièce de résistance. It heats your water using the waste heat from the system. It is much smaller than a traditional water heater and is installed inside your apartment.
